Mission Statement
To educate people who can critically analyse the main concepts and questions of philosophy, who can look at the problems of humanity, society and the world from the point of view of ethical values and human rights, and who can strengthen the link between knowledge and society through new philosophical discussions and research.
In other words, to produce people who have sufficient knowledge in the field of philosophy, who can apply this knowledge to other disciplines, who can develop different perspectives on the problems they face, who can act in accordance with scientific, cultural and social values and professional ethics in their research and activities in the field, and who can develop solutions to social problems.
Vision
To develop an academic point of view that contributes to the development of the philosophical point of view, to popularise the teaching of philosophy, to try to make ethical values, especially human rights, the basis of all types of human relations, to establish cooperation with national and international universities by increasing interdisciplinary cooperation, to guide students towards postgraduate studies and to encourage participation in social and public work.
